Thermal Solutions Featured at Small Sat 2026
✨ Low-outgassing Thermal Pads (TG-A1780 & TG-AD30D)
Both pads have passed ASTM E595 outgassing testing, making them well suited for vacuum and aerospace environments. TG-A1780 delivers high thermal conductivity for fast heat transfer, while TG-AD30D offers a softer, more conformable option for uneven surfaces.
✨ Indium Foil
A soft, highly ductile metal with a low melting point, used to form reliable low-resistance thermal interfaces in RF and optical/laser modules. It’s also increasingly used in immersion cooling systems, where its conformability and thermal performance support efficient heat transfer at the component level.
Built for RF and optical/laser modules, AlSiC combines a lightweight structure with a thermal expansion rate closely matched to semiconductor materials. This reduces interface stress and improves long-term reliability.
✨ TEC Controller (the core of the TEC Module)
The core control unit of the TEC Module, precisely regulating temperature for optical, laser, and other temperature-sensitive components. It delivers the stable, accurate thermal performance demanded by space and defense applications.
